  • Clearly communicate investment opportunities, facilitate internal screening discussions, and present deal-level recommendations to the investment committee.
  • Work in partnership with KREI colleagues on structured transactions and explore new strategic alliances to enhance capital solutions.
  • Supervise the management of investments post-closing, which includes annual business planning, ad hoc reporting, integration with asset management, and strategic decisions aimed at optimizing financial performance.
  • Together with KREI leadership, conduct ongoing industry and market analysis to foster proactive structured capital and credit investment initiatives.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate investment banking, private equity, or commercial real estate finance.
