About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Credit Coordinator to join our team at Daltile. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for supporting both internal and external customer relationships, ensuring timely and accurate credit and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Regional Credit Manager in supporting customer relationships and ensuring compliance with credit and collections policies and procedures.
  • Complete high-volume incoming credit and collection calls on overdue accounts, resolving customer charge backs and reconciling customer accounts and cash applications.
  • Provide administrative support for assigned areas, including aging reports, filing, correspondence, lien wavers, write-offs, account reconciliation, refunds, NSF checks, and communication within and outside of the department.
  • Maintain all assigned accounts within established performance standards, actively participating and contributing to group quality improvement processes.
  • Timely completion of lien and bond waivers and releases.
Requirements
  • High School Degree or GED.
  • Familiarity with lien and bond waivers and releases a must.
  • Knowledge of lien laws a plus.
  • Moderate to advanced skills in MSWord and MSExcel.
  • 1 or more years hands-on analysis and collections experience.
  • Cash Handling experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to work as a member of a team.

  • Ability to work independently, seek solutions, and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong ability to interface with all company departments as necessary.
