Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve facilities, loans, leases, and lines of credit exceeding business unit or credit officer authority levels.
  • Analyze deal structures and documents, collateral evaluation, due diligence, internal rating analysis, and stress testing.
  • Develop guidance policies and monitor delinquency, loss, and risk rating accuracy across business units.
  • Review the group's loan underwriting and portfolio management performance for senior management and regulatory agency review.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically more than 15 years of applicable experience.
  • Considerable understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact the assigned line of business.
  • Strong leadership and management skills of processes, projects, and people.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
