Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality results
  • Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
  • Prepare and review submittals, contract documents, and approved drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction detailing and/or specification
  • Proven estimating experience in commercial construction
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural design packages, blueprints, contracts, or governmental regulations
  • Functional skills in AutoCAD or TurboCAD
  • Current driver's license
  • English fluency (speaking, reading, and writing)
