Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join our team at MMC Contractors. As a key member of our construction operations team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, engineering, and procurement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and company leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
