Key Responsibilities of the Path Outreach Specialist

In your role as a Path Outreach Specialist, you will be instrumental in assisting homeless individuals dealing with mental health issues or substance use disorders. Your duties will encompass:

  • Conducting outreach initiatives
  • Performing psychological evaluations
  • Creating individualized care plans
  • Providing advocacy and crisis intervention
  • Supervising medication and offering daily living support

Qualifications for Success

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services (such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling)
  • A minimum of one year of experience working with homeless populations or five years of equivalent experience
  • A valid Driver's License for outreach activities and client transportation
