Your Impact as a Child and Adolescent Care Coordination Manager

In your role as a Child and Adolescent Care Coordination Manager, you will be instrumental in conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating services for children facing Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) or Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Your duties will encompass:

  • Ensuring seamless service continuity and monitoring progress towards treatment objectives.
  • Encouraging family and community engagement in creating innovative service strategies.
  • Providing support in the least restrictive and least intensive care settings, tailored to individual needs.
  • Adopting a collaborative approach that includes outreach, advocacy, crisis intervention, and daily living assistance.

Are You the Right Fit?

To thrive as a Child and Adolescent Care Coordination Manager, candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Services (such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling) and possess at least two years of experience in children's mental health care management. Familiarity with the DSM V for diagnostic purposes is highly advantageous, reflecting a solid grasp of mental health disorders and treatment planning. A valid driver's license is required for this position, as it involves traveling to various locations to meet clients and coordinate services effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services (Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling).
  • Two (2) years of experience in children's mental health care management.
