Position Overview

Role Summary

The Personal Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a supportive environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification
  • Valid Driver's License held for over one year
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a background investigation
  • Completion of a comprehensive physical examination, including a tuberculosis screening
  • Pass a drug screening test
  • Proficient in reading and comprehending English, particularly in relation to medical prescriptions, instructions, policies, and procedures for managing daily activities and ensuring a safe living environment

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly wage of $15 for weekday shifts and $16 for weekend shifts
  • Available shifts: 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, and 11PM-7AM
  • Options for full-time, part-time, and substitute/PRN shifts
  • Availability of weekday and weekend shifts
