JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 16 years old.
Successfully pass a background screening.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize all necessary equipment.
Manage inventory from the delivery area to storage, workspaces, and refrigeration units.
Prepare food products.
Handle and process phone orders.
Conduct inventory checks and complete relevant documentation.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis.
TRAINING PROGRAM
Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.
COMMUNICATION ABILITIES
Must be able to understand and provide accurate written instructions. Strong verbal communication skills are required to interact with customers and colleagues for order processing, both via phone and in person.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations accurately and swiftly (calculator usage permitted). Must be capable of providing correct monetary change. Proficient verbal, written, and telephone skills for order taking and processing. Hand-eye coordination is necessary for precise and quick movements. Ability to input orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
