Mental Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Care Specialist to join our team at Hill Country MHDD Centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of individuals and developing effective recovery plans. You will work closely with service providers and agencies to ensure seamless care and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals to identify strengths and needs.
- Develop and implement personalized recovery plans in collaboration with individuals and their families.
- Provide skills training and support to improve daily life and achieve goals.
- Collaborate with service providers and agencies to ensure effective care and communication.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience implementing the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths Assessment or the Texas Resilience and Recovery Model for Adults or Children.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, sociology, behavioral or human services or related degree.
