As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and supporting the ministry's mission to share the Gospel with the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and maintain IT processes, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and other departments as needed.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage the IT policies and procedures repository, ensuring compliance with auditing requirements and financial standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience administering Jira and Confluence (Server or Data Center).
  • Proficient knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Visio is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures in a clear and professional manner.
