Position Summary
We are in search of an experienced SAP on-site functional and technical support professional to assist with multiple SAP modules and business operations such as Finance/Controlling (FI/CO), Funds Management (FM), Asset Management (AM), Project Systems (PS), Sales & Distribution (SD), Workforce Management (HCM/WFM), Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IM/WM), and various other processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive business processes in collaboration with Business System Owners (BSOs) throughout all migration project phases, including Requirements Development and As-Is/To-Be Business Processes.
- Oversee the management of legacy data transitioning to Navy ERP, coordinating with BSOs through all project phases, which includes Data Health Assessment, Data Cell/Migration, Data Mapping, and Post-Migration Data Validation.
- Ensure data reconciliation with Trial Balances, financial statements, and departmental reporting, validating line items loaded to general ledger accounts and budget line items.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active Secret Clearance.
- Prior experience with DOD/Navy SAP systems is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in various SAP modules is essential.
- Willingness to be on-site 3-4 days a week in San Diego, CA, or travel regularly if not local.
Military Installation Access Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is mandatory.
- Must qualify for and secure a base access pass promptly.
- Must successfully complete a National Security Agency Check (NACI), including an FBI fingerprint check.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
