About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Support Specialist to join our team at Ampro ADLINK Technology, Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading-edge computing company and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for SAP ERP, focusing on the SD module, including incident resolution, user support, and system enhancements.
  • Support ongoing projects and initiatives, conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for SAP SD configurations and enhancements.
  • Assist in the implementation of SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements; develop and maintain documentation related to SAP SD processes, configurations, and user guides.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in SAP support, with a focus on the SD module, preferably with exposure to S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SD processes and system operations, and knowledge of additional SAP modules is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in ABAP coding is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
