Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Process a high volume of orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order to meet customer expectations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, generating shipping papers and checking customer credit to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate shipments to other branch facilities and customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Vendor Management: Process vendor invoices, freight bills, product returns, freight claims, and corrected billings in a timely and accurate manner.
- Production Scheduling: Schedule production of products as necessary to meet customer demand.
