Position Overview

As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support for IXOPAY's IT systems and assets, assist with upgrades and fixes, and provide training and support as needed. You will work in a help desk setting supporting internal customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hardware and Software Support
    • Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones
    • Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues
  • Training and Support
    • Train employees in using software and hardware, and provide technical support when needed
  • Error Resolution and System Security
    • Resolving logged errors in a timely manner
    • Maintaining databases and ensuring system security
  • Documentation and Diagnostic Testing
    • Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar, preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
  • Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries
  • Experience supporting Mac OS X, Windows, and widely used software and applications, such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Google Workspace
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Location

This position will be a hybrid role in the Lehi area.
