We are seeking a skilled Leasing Supervisor to join our team at NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company.

About the Role:

As a Leasing Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting our Project Managers with the review of lease terms and ensuring compliance with local jurisdiction requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the preparation of high lease cost justifications early in the leasing process
  • Assure vendor performance meets lease commitments
  • Perform leasing tasks on long lead time non-fixed price leases
  • Review completeness of lease summaries and enforce legal term requirements
