Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Direct and manage day-to-day on-site operations, including field labor forces and subcontractors\
  • Work collaboratively with project managers to plan, execute, and monitor project progress\
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise, including interpretation of drawings and recommendations for optimal construction methods and equipment\
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders\
  • Oversee quality control, ensuring that all projects meet or exceed client expectations\
  • Manage costs effectively, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation\
  • Enforce safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety and zero tolerance for injuries or accidents\
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation\
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management and clients, highlighting project status, progress, and any issues or concerns\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness\

Requirements:

  • \
  • At least 6 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of success in similar roles\
  • Strong knowledge of MEP & FP systems, mission-critical systems, and construction technologies\
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders\
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement\
  • Familiarity with MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office software\
