About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multifamily Finish Superintendent to join our team as a Multifamily Construction Director.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight and management of all finishing activities on multifamily construction projects, including drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, and trim installation.
  • Supervising and coordinating the work of subcontractors and construction crews to ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Ensuring all finishing work meets safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality controls.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules for finish work, ensuring timely completion within budget and addressing any delays or issues.
  • Conducting regular inspections of finished work, identifying and addressing any defects or necessary corrections before project handover.
  • Collaborating with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve issues, manage changes, and communicate progress throughout the finishing phase.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Multifamily Construction.
  • Proven experience in managing finish projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook.
