Job Summary

The Department of Radiology at Rutgers University is seeking a per diem diagnostic radiologist to work at University Hospital and/or satellite facilities. The successful applicant will be expected to read a full spectrum of radiology services, including general radiography, CT, MRI, mammography, and nuclear medicine.

Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret radiology images for a variety of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest radiology technologies and techniques
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • MD or DO degree and ABR certification in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Fellowship training in a subspecialty such as Neuroradiology, MSK, or Body Imaging
  • Demonstrated experience covering diagnostic radiology
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of GE PACs, PowerScribe 360, and EPIC platforms
  • Experience in general radiography, CT, MRI, mammography, and nuclear medicine
