Your Role:

  • ">
  • As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for owning the sales process from lead generation to closing, tracking KPIs, and inspiring a team to hit every target.">
  • You will be a natural closer, able to walk in on Day 1 and close over 50% of the leads you sit down with.">
  • You will hold weekly 1:1 meetings, run staff meetings, hold staff accountable, and lead your team to achieve consistent business growth.">
  • You will understand P&L and budgeting, review monthly financials with ownership, and assess actuals vs. budget line by line.">
  • You will be a tech-savvy individual, competent with social media, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and the MindBody POS system.">
  • You will take responsibility for every lead, managing all sales analytics, optimizing the lead nurture cadence, and closing the sale.">
  • You will daily appointments, prescriptive selling of high-ticket personal training packages and memberships, and overcome objections with ease.">
  • You will create and execute strategies that drive profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the facility.">
  • You will facilitate weekly staff meetings, review key data points, set clear goals, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed their targets.">
  • You will work closely with ownership to monitor and optimize lead generation, sales conversion, retention, revenue, and other metrics weekly.">
  • You will oversee check-ins, membership set-ups, payments, front-desk sales, and special events.">
  • You will ensure accurate financial transactions and manage inventory for the retail section.">
  • You will deliver an exceptional experience to every member, from local clients to high-profile guests and athletes.">

About the Job:

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 per year (OTE: 65,000-70,000), plus an incentive structure based on facility performance. You will also receive free membership, paid time off, and growth opportunities.
