Business Development Manager

Core Group Resources Careers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and cultivating strong relationships with key decision makers in the commercial diving industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage sales tracking and administrative reporting
  • Utilize CRM software to manage day-to-day sales activities
Requirements:
  • Commercial diving experience
  • Ability to achieve security clearance
  • 3+ years of business development, sales, or similar experience
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Suite of products
