Business Development Manager

Operational Technical Services (OTS) is a leading provider of staffing solutions for the water and wastewater utility industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, and marketing, with a strong understanding of the staffing industry and its challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including hiring managers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders
- Develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and other sales materials to support business development efforts
- Manage and track sales pipeline, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of the staffing industry and its challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems and sales software
- Knowledge of the water and wastewater utility industry
