Sales Team Leader

The Sales Team Leader will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring the team provides exceptional customer service, and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and foster a culture of excellence.
- Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and refine effective sales strategies and techniques to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
- Training & Development: Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are well-versed in sales processes, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
- Performance Monitoring & Feedback: Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and other metrics, providing actionable feedback and support to help the team achieve their goals.
- Customer Engagement & Issue Resolution: Maintain high standards of customer service by assisting the team in resolving complex customer inquiries or issues.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a focus on coaching and team development.
- Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
