Position Overview:

The Habegger Corporation is on the lookout for a dedicated Client Relations Specialist and Warehouse Support. This role requires individuals who are organized, responsible, and possess a strong customer service orientation. As a key representative of Habegger, you will engage with customers for order fulfillment and provide assistance through various communication channels.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Balance responsibilities between customer interaction (70%) and warehouse operations (30%).

Key Duties Include:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication methods including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Educate customers on product offerings and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Handle customer transactions with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Assist with warehouse tasks as needed to support overall operations.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and actively listen to their needs.
  • Provide accurate information to assist customers effectively.
  • Foster personal connections with customers through friendly engagement.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance communication and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience with forklifts or picker machines is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.
  • Background in customer service is advantageous.
  • Proficient in communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Familiarity with inventory management practices.
  • Ability to perform some heavy lifting as required.
