Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our patients, families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory needs for departmental equipment and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain optimal levels.
  • Oversee the work of volunteers, providing guidance and training to ensure exceptional service quality.
  • Provide customer service by greeting and assisting visitors with transportation and wayfinding.
  • Manage conflicts and complaints from patients and families, acting as a liaison between the patient and department to resolve concerns.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • CPR certification preferred.

Travel Requirements

This role requires minimal travel, with occasional opportunities to work at various Franciscan Health locations.
