Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP principles.
  • Accounting Operations: Coordinate the accounting close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  • Debt Processing: Assist with corporate and consolidated debt processing, including journal entries, accrued interest, and amortization of deferred financing costs.
  • Accounts Receivable: Prepare and analyze consolidated accounts receivable, including reconciliations and roll forward preparation.
  • Internal Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of internal financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information.
  • Audit Support: Facilitate internal and external audit requests, including process walkthroughs and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 23 years of accounting experience, with a strong background in public accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with a CPA and/or MBA preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, and experience with Oracle Financials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, with no remote work options.
