We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fund Accountant to join our Private Equity and Real Assets Fund Services team at State Street Corporation.

As a Senior Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger for various fund entities, preparing supporting work papers for financial statements, and analytical review of monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data.

You will also be responsible for reviewing and/or preparing of capital calls, distributions, and bank reconciliations, as well as preparing management, annual, and incentive fee calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the general ledger for various fund entities
  • Preparing supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules, and capital account allocations
  • Analytical review of monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data
  • Reviewing and/or preparing of capital calls, distributions, and bank reconciliations
  • Preparing management, annual, and incentive fee calculations
