Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service and Store Operations Manager to join our team at Loop Neighborhood.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and managing store operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Convenience Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.

About the Role

The Customer Service and Store Operations Manager role requires a unique blend of leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for forecasting, ordering, stocking, and merchandising product, as well as ensuring prompt reconciliation of store paperwork.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment in the store and surrounding property. This includes troubleshooting car wash-related issues and resolving gas-related problems such as drive-offs and pump downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and coach new store staff on company policies and procedures
  • Assist in creating schedules using our time-keeping system
  • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management
  • Forecast and order products based on sales data and market trends
  • Merchandise products effectively to meet customer demands
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service
  • Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies to improve productivity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Six to nine months of experience in a leadership or management position
  • Strong mathematical ability and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Reliable transportation for frequent travel between locations
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:

  • 0.10 cents off per gallon of fuel after 6 months of service
  • 0.30 cents off per gallon of fuel after 3 years of service
  • 0.40 cents off per gallon of fuel after 5 years of service
  • Maximum of 20 gallons and 2 fill-ups per week
Physical Requirements

The Customer Service and Store Operations Manager position requires constant standing, bending, and reaching with moderate manual dexterity. Frequent lifting of 1 to 5 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 40-50 pounds are required.
