About the Job:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Handle customer complaints, listen actively, and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including dusting shelves, sweeping floors, and restocking merchandise.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Participate in visual merchandising activities, including setting up displays and creating attractive store displays.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly around the store.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
