Job Description:

Behavior Analyst - Clinical Director

Integrated Autism Centers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavior Analyst to join our team as a Clinical Director. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading our team of behavior analysts and behavior technicians in providing high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide leadership and supervision to a team of behavior analysts and behavior technicians, ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality services to our clients.
  • Client Services: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring that they meet the needs of each client and align with our center's goals and objectives.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to behavior analysts and behavior technicians, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality services.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all services provided by our center meet the highest standards of quality, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and engaged in the treatment process.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a behavior analyst, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and developing treatment plans.
  • Certifications: BACB certification, state certification, BLS/CPR certification, NPI number, and QBS certification or other restraints/holds training.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
