We are seeking a Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Freeflow Beverage Solutions Company. This role involves providing support for financial operations, including data entry, bookkeeping, and customer service.

About the Job

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Recording drive times, labor times, parts used, diagnosis, and resolution for field service work.
  • Preparing invoices and receipts for customers and vendors.
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable, including reconciliations and discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in bookkeeping, data entry, or a similar administrative role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) or willingness to learn.
