Key Responsibilities
The Office Services team member will be responsible for managing owner-related communication, financial reporting, and operational activities related to Condo and HOA owners. This includes maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions involving the HOA and property services, tracking rental revenue generated from owner properties, and ensuring timely and accurate responses to owner inquiries. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Requirements
Candidates should have prior experience in administrative support or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial management principles and software applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is highly desirable. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
