We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Master Plumbing & Heating. This role is ideal for someone with experience in procurement, inventory management, and warehousing.

About the Role:

• Manage procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and tools to our service vehicles and technicians.
• Implement and maintain an accurate inventory management system, utilizing web-based applications or mobile views as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space, ensuring optimal efficiency.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and manage logistics to minimize downtime for our technicians.
• Regularly review and update inventory management processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and purchasing materials, tools, and supplies required for scheduled jobs, aligning with industry standards and timelines.

Setting up and maintaining an initial inventory management system, ensuring it's accessible via a web-based application or mobile view, conducting regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock levels.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space optimized for efficiency, tracking, labeling, and managing power tools and equipment to ensure proper allocation and availability for service vehicles and technicians.

Coordinating delivery schedules and ensuring timely receipt of all purchased items, delivering urgent parts to job sites if required to minimize technician downtime.
