Job Summary

NetApp Cloud Insights is a cutting-edge platform that empowers businesses to monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and secure their on-prem and cloud infrastructure resources. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with company goals and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products, staying connected to the technical details.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, data science, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product enhancements.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation of product features.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders, including executives, development teams, and sales teams.
  • Ensure product quality and usability through rigorous testing and user feedback loops.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS company.
  • 3+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and usability.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong bias for action and a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
