As a Clinical Leadership Position, you will provide administrative and clinical leadership of our Functional Family Therapy (FFT) program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality treatment services to youth and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and instruct program team members on treatment services and clinical interventions.
  • Ensure administrative and clinical integration, coordination, and collaboration of program services.
  • Verify current and ongoing clinical competence of program employees.
  • Intervene in crisis situations and provide immediate assistance.
  • Manage case referrals, clinician caseloads, and program data.
  • Collaborate with FFT experts to implement the model and develop clinical skills.
