We offer a competitive compensation package for the Residential Sales Specialist role, with earnings potential ranging from $80,000 to $175,000. This figure encompasses base salary, performance bonuses, and profit-sharing opportunities, contingent upon meeting established sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with potential clients to understand their building needs.
  • Showcasing available homes and properties to prospective buyers.
  • Closing sales to meet or exceed company objectives.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by setting clear expectations and educating clients on the home buying process.
  • Proactively addressing and resolving inquiries related to home construction.
  • Maintaining timely communication with homebuyers throughout the process.
  • Coordinating necessary paperwork for the timely commencement of new home projects.
  • Building relationships with real estate professionals to generate additional sales opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in new home sales, particularly on scattered lots or acreage properties, is highly preferred.
  • Associate's degree or higher in business, communication, or a related field; or a high school diploma with relevant sales experience.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a willingness to embrace new challenges.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
