Healthcare Administrative Coordinator

Addus Homecare is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Administrative Coordinator to oversee the administrative, business, and operational activities of our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks such as HR, payroll, scheduling direct service staff, and resolving client issues in conjunction with the Branch Manager or Agency Director.
In this role, you will ensure that all clients receive the best service possible and according to their care plan. You will also be responsible for overseeing the new hire process, ensuring employee records are current and accurate, collaborating with the Corporate HR team for benefit enrollment processes, and providing thorough follow-through on escalated client complaints and theft claims.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. If you have three to five years of recent experience working in a healthcare environment or related field, possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, and are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Scheduling programs, we encourage you to apply.
