- Data Accuracy and Integrity: Develop and implement strategies to ensure data accuracy and integrity, ensuring that data is reliable and trustworthy.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Reporting and Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and other reporting tools to track performance and provide visibility into key metrics.
- Communication and Presentation: Present findings to Executive teams and other stakeholders, including global employees, to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned.
- Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor team members on HCM reporting and analytics best practices, ensuring that everyone has the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Emerging Technologies and Trends: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in HCM reporting and analytics, ensuring that the organization remains competitive and innovative.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that everyone receives the support and assistance they need.
- Workday HCM Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Workday HCM experience is mandatory, with a strong understanding of the system's capabilities and limitations.
- Education: Requires a Bachelor degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Human Resources, or equivalent associated business experience.
- Analytical and Numeric Skills: Ability to consolidate and work with large volumes of employee data, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Data Visualization and Dashboarding: Experience working with data visualization and dashboarding tools, with a strong understanding of how to effectively communicate complex data insights.
- Customer Focus: Customer-focused, with demonstrated experience and ability to be flexible with changing priorities and requirements.
