Senior Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Generalist to oversee the entire human resources function and support the organization in achieving its strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Utilize HR systems to manage employee data, benefits, and compensation.
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline HR processes and increase efficiency.
- Provide guidance to senior leadership on human capital management and talent management best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that HR policies and procedures align with business objectives.
- Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs to promote employee growth and development.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Perform payroll processing, including reviewing timecards, coordinating with department leads to fix missing punches, managing overtime, PTO, and ensuring all payroll transactions, mileage reimbursements, and deductions are processed accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role.
- Experience with talent acquisition, human capital management, and process improvement.
- Knowledge of Paycom is a plus.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and strong communication skills.
