**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Facilities Director in preparing reports and presentations
- Ensure seamless communication across all departments
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing calls, emails, and file organization
- Oversee financial responsibilities including invoicing and budget tracking
- Assist in vendor negotiations and requests for proposals
- Provide assistance to the Facility Administrator and Fleet Manager
- Engage in various projects within the Facilities Department
**Qualifications**
- Experience – At least two years in an office setting
- Technical Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Leadership Abilities – Capable of managing diverse communications with tact
- Communication Proficiency – Strong written and verbal skills for varied audiences
- Organizational Skills – Excellent multitasking and independent working abilities
- Industry Knowledge – Understanding of relevant terminology, work orders, and processes
- Professional Demeanor – Customer service-focused and skilled in collaboration
