**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the Facilities Director in preparing reports and presentations
  • Ensure seamless communication across all departments
  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing calls, emails, and file organization
  • Oversee financial responsibilities including invoicing and budget tracking
  • Assist in vendor negotiations and requests for proposals
  • Provide assistance to the Facility Administrator and Fleet Manager
  • Engage in various projects within the Facilities Department

**Qualifications**

  • Experience – At least two years in an office setting
  • Technical Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Leadership Abilities – Capable of managing diverse communications with tact
  • Communication Proficiency – Strong written and verbal skills for varied audiences
  • Organizational Skills – Excellent multitasking and independent working abilities
  • Industry Knowledge – Understanding of relevant terminology, work orders, and processes
  • Professional Demeanor – Customer service-focused and skilled in collaboration
