**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Director of Facilities in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Ensure effective communication across all departments
- Perform clerical duties including managing calls, emails, and organizing documentation
- Oversee accounting responsibilities such as invoicing and budget tracking
- Collaborate on vendor contracts and requests for proposals
- Assist the Facility Administrator and Fleet Manager with various tasks
- Engage in diverse projects within the Facilities Department
**Qualifications**
- Office Experience – At least two years in an office setting
- Microsoft Proficiency – Strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite
- Leadership Abilities – Capable of managing calls and situations with professionalism
- Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication tailored for different audiences
- Organizational Skills – Strong multitasking and independent working abilities
- Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with relevant terminology, work orders, and operational workflows
