Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Warranty Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing documents, and coordinating warranty service calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to homeowner requests for service or general inquiries
  • Forward phone calls and emails to the Customer Service Manager for review and response
  • Prepare documents and consolidate items in preparation for scheduled walk-through dates
  • Support the scheduling of warranty service calls with homeowners
  • Prepare weekly summary reports of warranty items using our database system
  • Distribute weekly summary reports following review and approval by the Customer Service Manager
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an office setting
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to collaborate in a group setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company systems
