Job Title: AP Clerk Position in Finance

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable (AP) Administrative Assistant to join our finance team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail to process invoices and payments accurately and timely.

  • Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports by accurately reviewing, coding, and processing transactions according to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accounts payable records, including invoice documentation, payment schedules, and vendor contracts. Ensure records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, address inquiries, and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar administrative role. He/She must be proficient in data entry, invoice processing, and financial record-keeping.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but an Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.

Pay Details:

The estimated salary for this position is $23-$26 per hour, depending on experience.
