Compensation

Salary Range: $24.00 – $35.00 for Junior Accountant (Junior Accountant I)

Position for Accounting Supervisor

Position Summary

HKA is also looking for a Accounting Supervisor to oversee various accounting functions. This role will provide an opportunity to lead and mentor a team while engaging in diverse accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and perform a variety of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and payroll.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy by reviewing employee timesheets and ensuring proper accounting codes are applied.
  • Oversee general cost accounting and related duties.
  • Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate billing and tracking of job expenses.
  • Verify and complete payments for invoices associated with accounts payable.
  • File tax forms with relevant government agencies.
  • Report on project funding status to management.
