Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to target specific customer segments and achieve sales goals.
  • Design and deliver engaging sales presentations to local businesses, highlighting the value of our products and services.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on sales activities, pipeline, and results.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Enthusiasm for sales and a desire to pursue a career in residential sales and management.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
