You will work closely with a team of experts to bring the Metro by T-Mobile brand to life, exploring and qualifying customers for the best products and services we have to offer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Explore customer needs and recommend personalized solutions
  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience
  • Side-by-side selling to find the perfect solution for each customer
  • Complete online and in-store trainings
  • Market in nearby communities and shopping centers
  • Execute daily store operations and procedures
Requirements:
  • Competitive and driven in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Willingness to work with a team and learn from others
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory)
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
