Job Title: Product Management Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Lead to join our team at AT&T. As a Product Management Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing activities for our fixed wireless product offerings tailored to our Consumer segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and analyze customer needs to identify priorities for new products or services and enhancements.

Conduct research and analysis on defined market, including addressable revenue potential, competitive analysis, definition of product functionality and existing customer segments, volumes, and revenue results.

Prepare and present requirements, plans, and business cases for new or modified products and services.

Partner with business, technology, and UX teams to design or modify products to meet market, budget, and schedule specifications.

Create product roadmaps, service guides, product documentation, results reports/analysis, and project plans.

Manage ongoing lifecycle product performance.

Defines and drives initiatives to grow revenue, margin, and work with the Global Connectivity Management, Technology Development, Contracting, Legal, Product Marketing, and Business or Consumer Pricing Team to develop pricing strategies.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and project management skills, including detail-oriented.

The ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.

Knowledge of broadband and wireless industry.

Experience working across various sales channels (e.g., Retail, Customer Care, Digital).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

Proven strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement effective product strategies.
