Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Sales Professional to join our team at QuesTec Mechanical. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the mechanical services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Development: Establish relationships with existing clients and identify new business prospects through referrals, networking, and lead generation.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proposal and Quote Management: Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and quotes to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services and solutions.
  • Project Management: Work closely with our project management team to ensure timely completion of projects, while maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Our estimates suggest an average annual salary of $68,375, based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.
