Sales Development Professional

Bull Moose Tube is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Professional to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall commercial experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring timely and effective communication of solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to inform sales approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, inventory management, and issue resolution.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
- 2-3 years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and situations.
- Adept at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a focus on analytical thinking and creative solutioning.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (based on location and experience).
