Job Overview

As a successful State Farm Agent, we are seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team as an Office Representative. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, achieving mutually agreed-upon objectives.

Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their goals
  • Self-motivation and ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
